I believe the right learning experience, delivered at the right moment, can change someone's entire trajectory. That belief has driven my 15+ year career from elementary classrooms to the magic of Disney, the luxury of Loews Hotels, and Amazon's global stage.
I'm a trusted learning advisor who thrives on collaboration within a shared strategic vision. I empower others to carry that vision forward, becoming a force multiplier across organizations. My passion? Driving high-quality experiences through streamlined, efficient processes and mechanisms for sustainable success.
Here's what I know to be true: People don't fail training—training fails people. When we design with empathy, use behavioral science (like NeuroColor), and truly understand the learner's world, we create experiences that stick, skills that grow, and leaders who inspire.
I've trained 4,000+ vendor managers across 10 countries. I've organized global summits bringing 27 stakeholders together generating 30+ innovation ideas. I've coached executives and mentored emerging leaders. But what I'm most proud of? The 30% of mentorship participants who got promoted. The team member who finally felt confident. The leader who discovered their voice.
